Registration for Cary Park District residents begins as soon
as they receive their brochure. To give all residents
the first and an equal opportunity to register for programs,
a computerized randomization system is used to fill programs.
All registrations submitted by residents during a designated
period are considered "First Batch" and will be randomized.
First Batch registration dates are listed under Registration
Information in the program brochure. All resident registration
received after the First Batch registration deadline date
will be processed in the order received after the computerized
randomization is completed. In general, registration forms
from Cary Park District non-residents are processed no
sooner than 10 days from the resident First Batch registration
deadline date. All non-resident registrations are processed
in the order they are received.
To register for Cary Park District programs, you must complete the registration form. Forms are available online, in the program guide, or at the Community Center. All appropriate sections must be completed and the form must be signed, otherwise your registration will be delayed. You may return your completed registration form and payment to the Cary Park District Front Desk, fax in your registration form to 847.639.6290 or drop off your form and payment (no cash) in the drop box in front of the Community Center.
