Fitness Programs

Let's Get Your Blood Pumping!
The Cary Park District’s Fitness Staff offers a variety of fitness programs to help get your blood pumping. Each program, taught at the intermediate level, can be modified to accommodate a higher or lower fitness level. Each session consists of a warm-up, a cardiovascular segment, a cool-down, some muscle conditioning and a final stretch.

New Group Fitness Room!
All programs are held in the newly renovated Group Fitness Room in the Community Center complete with a new wood floor, acoustic ceiling, upgraded sound system, splash of color, and expanded equipment line of medicine balls, body bars, and weights.

An average of $3.50 a class!
Register for the entire season of a class (average of $3.50 a class for residents), purchase an unlimited pass that allows participation in any or all of the group fitness classes offered during a season, or pay a walk-in fee per individual class attended ($4.00 for residents/$6.00 for non-residents).

Group Fitness Fees

  • Per Program Fee: Pay for an entire session of one class. $35 (residents) / $53 (non-residents)
  • Unlimited Fitness Program Pass: If you attend three or more programs a week or want a flexible fitness schedule, this is for you! Participate in any or all of the group fitness programs during the winter (Janury 3 - March 20) or spring (April 10 - June 20) season. $102 (residents) / $153 (non-residents) for each season.
  • Punch Cards: Walk-in punch cards are available for all programs (except those programs that have reached maximum capacity). The punch cards do not expire and can be used from season to season. Have your card validated by the instructor before or after each session. No refunds are given to lost or misplaced cards.
    5 Punches: $20 (residents) / $30 (non-residnets); 10 Punches: $40 (residents) / $60 (non-residents);
    15 Punches: $60 (residents) / $90 (non-residents)
  • Walk-in Fee: Pay per visit. $4 (residents) / $6 (non-residents)
