Park Board Meetings

Community Participation

Public comment is available to individuals attending a Board of Commissioners meeting and will be identified on the meeting agenda as “Matters from the Public”. During this time, the President of the Park Board will ask if anyone wishes to speak and those who desire to address the Board should raise their hand. The President will acknowledge those desiring to speak and the individual will be required to provide their name prior to speaking. Comments should be limited to no more than 3 – 5 minutes.

The Park Board holds its regular meetings on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Road, Cary, IL 60013, unless otherwise specified. 2024-2025 Meeting Schedule

Board Committee of the Whole

The regularly scheduled Board Committee of the Whole meetings occur on the 2nd Thursday of each month unless otherwise noted or posted. The meeting is held at the Community Center, 255 Briargate Road, Cary, IL 60013, unless otherwise specified.
