This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels are welcome. This class meets at Lions Park by the south playground.
The program will be held on Saturdays, June 1 - July 20 between 8:00-8:45 am.
