Gently start your morning with light yoga stretches and breathing. From there we will tone the body with effective Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and all the muscles in your body. The class will finish with a full body stretch combined with breathing exercises.
Program will be held Tuesdays, 9/17-11/5 from 8:00-8:45 am.
