Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle-conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Lightweight maraca-like toning sticks will be used to enhance rhythm and coordination while toning arms, core, and lower body for a portion of the class.
Program will be held Sundays, 9/22-11/10 from 9:00-10:00 am.
