Jr. Disc Golf
Dive into disc golf and learn forehand, backhand, thumber, and roller throws. Participants will learn a wide range of mental and physical skills to enjoy the sport of disc golf both at the recreational and competitive level. All equipment is provided.
Ages 7 - 9 years
The program will be held on Thursdays, July 25 - August 29 between 5:00-5:45 pm.
Ages 10 - 13 years
The program will be held on Thursdays, July 25 - August 29 between 5:45-6:30 pm.

Yoga Sculpt
This yoga-based workout is a mix of strength training and yoga to improve flexibility, mental clarity, and endurance. By combining yoga with light hand weights and other props this workout will help to increase lung function, strengthen bones, and build muscle.
This program will be held on Thursdays, July 25 - September 12 between 5:15-6:15 pm.
