Gentle Yoga/Pilates
Gently start your morning with light yoga stretches and breathing. From there we will tone the body with effective Pilates exercises to strengthen the core and all the muscles in your body. The class will finish with a full body stretch combined with breathing exercises.
Program will be held Tuesdays, 11/12-12/17 from 8:00-8:45 am.

STRONG
Sculpt all muscle groups using a variety of equipment. Gain balance, core, and strength and leave each class feeling strong. All levels welcome.

Armchair Traveler
Spend a few hours on an epic adventure. Experience all the sights, sounds, and culture without leaving your seat. You and your friends will enjoy a presentation on various destinations.

Cartoon Drawing
This winter, spark your child’s imagination with a Young Rembrandts class! They’ll discover the power of exaggeration with cow expressions and elf expressions, perfect for conveying a whirlwind of emotions. Basketball fun will score big with sports fans, while baking sequence and decorating sequence promise seasonal fun and creativity. Gift your child the joy of learning and artistry. Enroll them in a Young Rembrandts Cartooning Class today and watch their creativity soar!

Yoga
Increase awareness of your mind and body as well as your overall physical fitness. This class focuses on the classic poses, building on the basics with emphasis on alignment of the standing, sitting, and twisting poses. Detailed instruction helps you achieve each pose for all levels.
Program will be held Tuesdays, 11/12-12/17 from 6:00-7:00 pm.

Pilates
This mat-based workout is designed to engage the mind and work the entire body. Fluid movements will develop core strength plus, increase flexibility while improving balance and posture. All levels welcome.
