Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle-conditioning, balance, and flexibility.
Program will be held Wednesdays, 9/18-11/6 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
Time: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
R/NR Fee: $48/$72
Age/Grade: 16 years & older
