Take the “work” out of workout by mixing low and high-intensity moves for a calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class combines all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle-conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Different Drummer is cardio drumming that is a unique sensory and motor skill class. Drumsticks are used for toning and participants can be seated or standing.

Program will be held Wednesdays, 11/13-12/18 from 6:00-7:00 pm.
