The Thrills and Chills of Fall Ice Cream Life Coaching for Kids Lab
We are building self-esteem through ice cream this fall season! Making and eating ice cream is a fun way to introduce early chemistry teachings to children and helps build confidence. Kids can become experts on this billion-dollar industry as they work in a team to make a batch of homemade fall-themed ice cream in a bag. Think flavors like Apple Cider Donut, Monster Mash Marshmallow, Creepy Clown Cinnamon, and Gooey Gummy Worms! Also, explore the science and history of the beloved amusement park treats, Dippin’ Dots, waffle cones, and the first novelty ice cream bar on a stick. Then sit down for the most outrageous autumn ice cream eating contest in town. This is a child’s dream class and all about putting the fun back into learning. This class will be sticky, please dress accordingly. Themed souvenirs included. This is a co-op program with Crystal Lake Park District and Lake in the Hills Park & Recreation Department. This program will be held at Woodscreek, 1420 Willow Tree Drive, Crystal Lake.
