Nobody wants ants at their picnic! We also don’t want A.N.T.S. (an acronym for Automatic Negative Thought System) in our day-to-day life. When we are anxious or sad in life, negative thoughts tend to crawl into our mind. Let’s not end the summer feeling this way! This workshop will teach how to flip A.N.T.S. off your party of life and proceed with a positive outlook into the school year. Dramatizations and highly motivating group games facilitated by a life coach like “Spritz It”, “Flip-a-roni”, and “Balloon Bust” will make this class memorable, meaningful, hilarious, and social. Themed souvenirs help reinforce the concepts from workshop-to-home. This is a coop program with Crystal Lake Park District and Lake in the Hills Park & Recreation Department.
