Events

Join current and former Cary-Grove High School athletes and coaches to run, train, and learn the art of short and long distance running. The program will focus on learning skills, improving overall health, and most importantly having fun. Earn daily tokens by completing laps on our course and ultimately finish a 5K run on our final day of the program. Family and friends are encouraged to run daily with the group and complete the 5K with your child. Rain plan: If Tuesday is cancelled, class will be made up the next day (Wednesday). If Thursday class is cancelled, class will be made up the following Monday. No class June 24 & 26.
